Site preparation - Rising a protection dike around the perimeter to prevent tidal flow to enter the works area.  The retaining wall must be high and strong enough to withhold the highest seasonal tide.

Soil testing - strata samples collected- . Determination of foundations depth ; control of quality and thickness of the superficial soil .

The earthmoving works : ponds bottom levelling and drains excavation,dikes elevation and compaction

to ponds completion and start of farming operations.
